Philosophical Studies in Education
 |
Philosophical Studies in
Education is published annually by the Ohio Valley Philosophy of
Education Society. The purpose of the journal is to provide a forum for the
exchange of scholarly articles dealing with philosophical ideas related to
education and schooling, theory and practice, and the differing aims which
generally constitute the philosophy of education discipline. All articles
and editorials appearing in Philosophical Studies in Education are the
expressions and viewpoints of the particular writers and do not necessarily
represent Philosophical Studies in Education or the Ohio Valley Philosophy
of Education Society.
|
All works accepted at the Ohio Valley Philosophy of Education
Society annual conference will be considered for publication in Philosophical
Studies in Education if they are received by the Editor on or before December 1
of the year of acceptance for presentation. Papers received on or before
December 1 will be considered for publication by an editorial review board,
consisting of the Editor and Contributing Editor of Philosophical Studies in
Education and the Program Committee of the Ohio Valley Philosophy of Education
Society, and will make final decisions based on double-blind review about
articles to be included in the journal.
